NIRS - Whidbey Island Rhododendron Chapter Tour 2008

On Tuesday, April 22nd, twenty-three members of the NIRS paid a visit to the Whidbey Island, WA.
A welcoming salmon BBQ was held at Lounsberry's Park hosted by Jack and Norma Lounsberry.
The next day our group toured several prominent gardens on Whidbey Island followed by
a pot luck dinner for members of both chapters hosted by Kathy and Barry Rix.
Returning home on Thursday April 24th, many had an opportunity to enjoy the tulip gardens of La Conner, WA.
